Hitler - major cause for India's independence
All my life I have placed my theory of India's independence to my friends. Everyone seems to agree to it, but no one accepted it ever. Maybe because they are too patriotic to let an outsider be the reason of India's independence. According to Wikipedia, "The Indian independence movement was a movement from 1857 (in many cases, even pre-dating 1857) until 15 August 1947, when India got independence from the British Raj. The movement involved many political and social organizations and armed and unarmed struggle. Many political ideas also contributed to the movement and the most famous person in it was Mohandas Gandhi." Even I agreed to the above but these reasons seem too inadequate to be the major contributor to India's independence.
